Mistakes happen from time to time BUT any costs incurred relating to wrongly ordered items will be customers' responsibility. You may get differences in ride height to that quoted due to many factors for example : Car already has after-market springs fitted, or has factory fitted sports suspension. Different equipment levels between models or Springs have sagged due to wear and tear. We supply mainly non-standard items that are often not a straight forward DIY fit.
