H&R LOWERING SPORTS SPRINGS for VW T5 T6 TRANSPORTER 40mm T26, T28, T30, T32

You are looking at a set of H&R 40mm drop lowering springs (x4). These items are suitable for all T5, T5.1 and T6 models from 2003 - 2019 (excluding T6.1). These springs are part of H&R's sport spring range and will lower your ride by approximately 40mm. The 40mm drop is a guide figure only.

They are progressive springs and provide improved ride quality. These are premium grade high quality products made in Germany. Each spring is crafted from a special spring steel, shot peened to increase life by more than 200% and then individually tested before leaving the factory. Please note that the 40mm figure is only a guideline from H&R. Many varying factors from van to van can effect the results achieved.

These factors range from age and mileage of vehicle, condition of current suspension parts and obviously the amount of weight intended to be carried in the van. A fully loaded camper conversion will sit lower than an empty panel van on the same spring kit. There are four springs kit available. Unfortunately T28 SWB isn't enough info. This information can easily be found next to the air filter box on the bulkhead. We also sell the bundle kit which includes the drop link stabilising arms and genuine VW rear spring cups (lower set) - please see our other listings. These are recommended to be replaced if you are purchasing a new set of lowering springs as they are wearable parts.

Worn rear cups can prevent new springs sitting correctly and the drop link arms which are also often required as they can be very difficult to undo. We also stock and supply a number of high quality suspension products and brands from Twin Monotube Projekt, Eibach and Bilstein.
